Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of IT products/services. Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector through field sales visits, client meetings, and networking. Pitch and present IT products, software solutions, and services to potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and delivery) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build a professional network. Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in field sales / business development, preferably in the IT industry (software, hardware, IT services, SaaS, etc.). Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
