Job Description

Job Summary: We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing retail and distributor networks, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring strong product visibility in the market. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door retail sales with ready stock (via 2-wheeler). Manage and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors. Ensure timely reporting and updates through the mobile GPS application. Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets within the allocated territory. Maintain product display, visibility, and availability in the market. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG, retail, or distribution sales. Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage on-ground operations efficiently.
