We are a leading provider of specialized, energy-efficient computing hardware and customized IT solutions for business and institutional clients. Our product portfolio includes Thin Clients, Mini PCs, All-in-One PCs, and systems designed for rugged industrial use, catering to industries like education, banking, retail, and manufacturing. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious young professional to join our sales team.

Position Summary

The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for initiating and developing sales opportunities for our range of compact computing products within the Thane region. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1 year of experience who is eager to build a career in technology sales and is driven by target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively research, prospect, and identify potential B2B customers in target sectors such as Educational Institutions, SMEs, Retail outlets, and Healthcare facilities in Thane.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct initial cold calling, email outreach, and field visits to introduce the company's hardware solutions (e.g., Thin Clients, Mini PCs).
  • Product Demonstration: Schedule and conduct basic product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value and technical advantages of our compact devices.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist senior sales personnel in preparing quotes, drafting proposals, and following up on pending sales orders.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas for new customer acquisition and product placements.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market regarding customer needs, competitor activity, and product performance.
  • Territory Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.

Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, networking, or B2B technology sales.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Essential Attributes

  • A fundamental understanding of IT hardware concepts (e.g., desktops, servers, cloud computing, and operating systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in local languages (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, high energy, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a structured sales environment.
  • Must be a self-starter who can manage territory and travel effectively within the Thane/Mumbai metropolitan area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
