IT Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through online research, cold calls, and networking.
• Assist the Sales team in pitching IT products, solutions, and services to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Support digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and content creation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain CRM data, track client interactions, and follow up with prospects.
• Participate in demos, webinars, and customer meetings.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software, and services (training will be provided).
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any field, MBA freshers.
• Certification in Digital Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
