Job Description

AIS is a growing IT services company specializing in custom website and mobile app development. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is an entry-level position ideal for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is eager to build a career in IT sales and marketing.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, communicate the value of our custom software solutions, and help drive sales growth. You will also play a key part in promoting our brand on social media and assisting with sales proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from custom websites or mobile applications.
  • Outreach: Contact prospective clients through cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls to introduce Ajita IT Solutions and our services.
  • Product Communication: Clearly explain our services, give software product demos, and articulate how our solutions can solve client problems.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Schedule meetings and product demos for interested prospects, and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Deal Closure: Finalize sales for smaller projects or transfer highly interested and qualified leads to senior management for final closure.
  • Social Media Marketing: Help promote Ajita IT Solutions by creating and posting engaging content on our social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proposal Creation: Assist in preparing and formatting customized proposals and quotations for potential software projects on behalf of the company.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Experience: 0–1 year in a sales, business development, or marketing role. Ambitious freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about software, websites, and mobile app development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Confident, proactive, and persistent with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Tools: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking is a must.

Important Note

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Goregaon, Mumbai office. This is not a remote or work-from-home (WFH) role. Candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
