Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking. • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings and ensure they are up-to-date. Maintain candidate database and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback. Participate in recruitment events to build a talent pipeline. Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures Preferred candidate profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Basic understanding of recruiting processes and techniques. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
