We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with expertise in React.js to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, and frontend tooling, with a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable single-page applications (SPAs). Mandatory Skills -6+ years of professional experience building SPAs with React.js -Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript -Deep understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and state management -Experience with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel -Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and code quality tools (e.g., ESLint, Prettier) -Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility -Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Desirable Skills -Experience with SSR frameworks like Next.js -Familiarity with React Native or mobile-first development -Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) -Contributions to open-source React projects or personal GitHub portfolio -Experience with micro-frontend architecture or monorepos.
