Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  5 to 6 different roles per day

  with speed and precision - this is a volume hiring role and the number of positions dynamically changes as per the client needs.
• Make

  75+ calls daily

  to source, screen and coordinate with candidates
• Post and manage job listings on

  Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn

  , and other platforms

Requirement:

• 1 to 3 years of IT recruitment experience

  (staffing agency background preferred)
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work on variety of roles.
• Active

  LinkedIn profile

  and familiarity with online sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for recruitment
• Prefer candidates who reside near

  DSL Uppal -

  IDAUppal-Nagole-Ramanthapur-Habsiguda-Peerzadiguda-Medipally--Boduppal.

• Immediate joiners Preferred.
