Job Summary:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with lead & manager to understand current and future hiring needs
• Create and post detailed and accurate job descriptions across job boards and social platforms.
• Source qualified candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), referrals, and Boolean search.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for C2H / Contract staffing hires.
• Coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Facilitate job offers, salary negotiations, and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs.
• Maintain a talent pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Provide regular reports and analytics on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.).
• Stay up to date with new technology trends and hiring best practices in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

• Any UG/PG
• 1+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment-C2H/Contract Staffing in consultancy background.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring for niche tech roles or in a startup/fast-growing tech environment.
