Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT infrastructure and cloud-related roles (System Administrator, Network Engineer, IT Support Technician, Cloud Engineer, Data Center Specialist).
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Prior experience in hiring for IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cloud support roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and match suitable candidates.
Proactive, target-oriented, and good at stakeholder management.
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced hiring needs.
