Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Sunovaa Tech, Bridge IRV Centre, Nallurahallii, Whitefield, KA Position Type: Full-Time Day Shift 9am - 6pm (Mon- Fri) ( Sat Sun fixed off) Experience Required: 2+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1.5 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 1. Talent Acquisition: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles through job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. 2. Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. - Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to HR managers and department heads. 3. Candidate Experience: - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with internal teams. 4. Database Management: - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions. - Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies. 5. Market Research: - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment. - Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies. 6. Compliance: - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any Science Background - 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar role. - Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills - - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional networking platforms. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
