We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team.Role & Responsibilities:Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources for our products and services.Work closely with product teams, developers, and engineers to gather information and document complex technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner.Develop and maintain process documentation, system architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and more.Ensure all technical content is accurate, clear, and adheres to Sunovaa Techs standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product documentation and ensure consistency in messaging across all documents.Update existing documentation based on product changes and new features.Key Skills & Requirements:Technical Skills: Experience with Madcap Flare and MS Visio is a plus.
