Talent Acquisition: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles through job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. 2. Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. - Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to HR managers and department heads. 3. Candidate Experience: - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating with internal teams. 4.
