Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Candidates
: Utilize various methods such as networking, social media, and job portals to identify potential candidates for IT roles.
Screening and Interviewing
: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific IT roles.
Onboarding
: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the company.
Maintaining Candidate Databases
: Keep accurate records of candidates and recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools.
Promoting Company Culture
: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its reputation as a great place to work to attract top talent.
