We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with a proven track record in Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT contract roles and should be well-versed with sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and timely delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions across various clients and domains.

Source and screen profiles through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and networking.

Conduct initial candidate screening, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews.

Manage candidate offer negotiations, onboarding formalities, and ensure smooth joining.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT contract resources for upcoming requirements.

Maintain excellent relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Track recruitment metrics, maintain daily/weekly reports, and meet assigned targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / Postgraduate with 2 - 4 years of proven experience in IT contract staffing.

Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Third-Party Payroll, and IT skill market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with MS Excel, ATS tools (like Workday, Taleo, or others) preferred.

Stable employment history with consistent performance in recruitment delivery.
