Role Overview

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions, with a strong focus on contract and volume hiring. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients to understand mandates and deliver quality closures within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and closure).
• Handle domestic contract hiring and volume/bulk hiring for multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, priority skills, and hiring SLAs.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical fit, stability, communication, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update ATS/trackers, daily/weekly hiring dashboards, and closure reports.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of IT talent for recurring and forecasted requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter in the domestic market, preferably with experience in contract and volume hiring.
• Experience working with large IT implementation partners or IT services organizations.
• Strong understanding of common IT skills/roles (developers, testers, support, cloud, infra, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Foundit, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR is an added advantage.

• Work From Office – Vijayawada
• Full-time, day shift (with flexibility based on business needs)
