Role:- Recruiting candidates for PAN India Locations • Managing the life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources such as Internal Database, Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Social networking sites (LinkedIn), Networking, Employee Referrals, Job posting & Mail Merge. • Short listing resumes against different requirements, checking them against different specifications such as skill set, salary range, location, work authorization etc. • Briefing candidates about the company profile & interview process. Taking References and building a long-term relationship with Candidates • Preliminary screening/short listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement of the resumes sourced. • Speaking/Emailing to the screened/Short listed resumes and checking their availability and interests. • Scheduling Interview (Structured or Telephonically) • Interview follow-ups with the technical team and Candidates. • Interview Co-ordination and scheduling the short listed resumes. • Coordinate interviews efficiently and make the event happen. • Coordination and follow-ups on offers and joining. • Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle -- Identifying candidates, short -listing, Technical & HR interview, compensation negotiations, selection, • Sourcing the right candidates through various sources namely, Job Portals (www.naukri.com; www.monsterindia.com) Job posting, Screening the sourced profiles. • Recruiting technical professionals across various levels through Job sites, advertisements, Walk-Ins, Headhunting, Internet sites, user groups, referrals, and corporate web site. • Intimate the results of the interview • Follow up with the candidate ensuring timely joining, plan travel logistics and placements Educational QualificationBE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, B.SC[ computers] , MBA Experience 6months in IT recruitment Details Needed Total Experience: Relevant Experience: Current Organisation: Current Location: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Educational Qualification: PG/MCA/MTech—Year of Passing-- Percentage-- College— B Tech-- —Year of Passing-- Percentage-- College— Xiith/ISC/CBSE —Year of Passing-- Percentage-- Xth/ICSE/CBSE —Year of Passing-- Percentage-- Please revert back with your updated profile Thanks & Regards, Purba Roy Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Mail Id- roy.purba@arminus.in |Kolkata | India Arminus Software Private Limited
