As part of our mission to scale high-performing teams, we’re looking for a driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:-

- End-to-end ownership of the IT recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.

- Understand client requirements to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.

- Source top talent using job portals, social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and innovative channels.

- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and next steps.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Maintain data and recruitment metrics in the excel sheets and report on hiring progress regularly.

- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market intelligence.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency)

- Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skills (e.g., Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data, etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for connecting with people and building high-performing tech teams.

- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and future leadership potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• IT Recruitment: 3 years (Preferred)
• Consultancy: 3 years (Preferred)
• Team management: 2 years (Preferred)
