Key Responsibilities Proactively market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) by aligning them with suitable client requirements. Post resumes on major job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed , and regularly broadcast consultant profiles to vendors and clients. Submit consultants to open roles, track progress, and ensure consistent follow-ups for timely placement. Prepare consultants for interviews (vendor and end-client) and provide the necessary guidance for successful closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and consultants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Address consultant queries, monitor performance during projects, and support smooth onboarding. Expand the vendor network by identifying new potential vendors and nurturing relationships. Collaborate with the internal recruiting team and contribute to fulfilling direct client requirements when needed. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing with proven expertise in U.S. staffing processes. Strong track record of successfully marketing consultants and securing quick project placements. Solid knowledge of U.S. work authorizations, visa types, and tax terms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor networks, and CRM/ATS systems. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
