Post resumes on major job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed , and regularly broadcast consultant profiles to vendors and clients. Submit consultants to open roles, track progress, and ensure consistent follow-ups for timely placement. Prepare consultants for interviews (vendor and end-client) and provide the necessary guidance for successful closures. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, and consultants to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction. Address consultant queries, monitor performance during projects, and support smooth onboarding. Expand the vendor network by identifying new potential vendors and nurturing relationships. Collaborate with the internal recruiting team and contribute to fulfilling direct client requirements when needed. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in Bench Sales/IT Staffing with proven expertise in U.S. staffing processes. Strong track record of successfully marketing consultants and securing quick project placements. Solid knowledge of U.S. work authorizations, visa types, and tax terms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor networks, and CRM/ATS systems. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Leverage ATS tools (Ceipal, Oorwin, Recruiteze, Job Diva) for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. Partner with Account Managers and leadership to understand client needs and deliver top talent within deadlines. Stay updated on market trends, visa/immigration policies, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive hiring strategies. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for transparency and performance tracking. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in U.S. staffing. Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) and tax terms. Proven success using job portals and ATS platforms to source and manage candidates.
