Job Title: IT Recruiter (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female IT Recruiter to join our HR & Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles. She will play a key role in building a strong tech talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client or internal requirements for IT roles and create job postings.
• Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, campus drives, etc.).
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels for further rounds.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate database in ATS/HRMS.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Stay updated with current IT trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social networking sites.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bulk IT hiring & niche tech positions.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
