This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter with 2.5 years of experience, located in Navi Mumbai. The IT Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. This role requires strong technical recruiting skills and detailed documentation of candidate progress and feedback to ensure the best hiring decisions.
