As an IT Recruiter in Mohali, you will play a vital role in our team by utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with the functions and recruitment standards of various departments. - Gather recruitment needs from each department on a monthly basis. - Diversify recruitment channels, advertise job openings, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews to meet recruitment goals. - Manage HR processes such as conducting exit interviews and handling separation procedures. - Oversee attendance management and prepare daily HR reports. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in IT Recruitment and HR practices. - A Master's degree in HR or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR. - Knowledge of computer applications, internet usage, social media, and MS Office. - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with empathy and patience.
