Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a keen eye for identifying top talent. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various IT positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and you will play a key role in helping us build astrong team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and preferences foropen positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top IT talent, including job boards, social media,networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing feedback.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Key Skills
1. Proven experience in IT/Cyber Recruitment Experience.2. Strong Requirement Analysis & Screening skills.3. Strong sourcing and networking abilities.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
