About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment cycle for IT roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Analysts, and other technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills through preliminary interviews.
Coordinate technical and HR interviews with internal panels.
Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and high-priority roles.

2. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.

3. Process & Documentation

Manage interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

4. Employer Branding

Support branding initiatives by posting jobs on social media platforms and engaging with potential candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors / Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
Proven experience in
IT recruitment
(agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS systems).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of market trends in IT hiring.
Ability to manage mass hiring as well as niche requirements.
