Greetings from Mindpro Technologies Pvt Ltd (www.mindprotech.com) Job Title: ETL Informatica Architect Position: Full Time / Permanent Mode: Hybrid Job Description: Experience Required: 10 - 18 Years Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of ETL architectures using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Ensure that the solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement strategies for data integration across various platforms and applications. Utilise AWS and Azure services to enhance cloud-based data solutions. Design and maintain data warehousing solutions, including data modelling, schema design, and ETL workflows, to support business intelligence and analytics needs. Oversee and optimise database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability. Implement best practices for database operations. Lead and manage integration projects involving Workday, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with other enterprise systems. Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to understand requirements, address issues, and ensure successful ETL implementations. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and driving best practices in ETL architecture and data management. Create and maintain detailed documentation of ETL architectures, processes, and data models to support ongoing operations and future enhancements. Required Skills: Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Proficiency in AWS and Azure for data integration and management. Advanced knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data modelling, schema design, and ETL processes. Proven experience in managing and optimising database systems. Experience with Workday integration is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Preferred Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in architecture design and data management. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Adaptability to new technologies and evolving methodologies. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Informatica, AWS, or Azure are highly desirable.
