Job Description

We are hiring IT Recruiter for Managed Services hiring in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Managed Services leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs within Managed Services (e.g., IT support, infrastructure, application services).
Coordinate with external staffing partners or vendors as needed.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
25 years of experience in technical or professional recruitment, preferably in Managed Services, IT, or consulting domains.
Experience hiring for roles such as IT Support, Network Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Project Managers, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge of SLA-based hiring
