Job Title: Implant Recruiter / Onsite Recruiter Work Mode- Hybrid -Min 2 days Location - Electronics City and Sampangiram Nagar Position - 2 Employment Type - Full-time Experience - 3 - 4 years Industry - Recruitment / Staffing Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Implant Recruiter to be deployed at our client site. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring smooth communication between the client and the internal recruitment team, and supporting day-to-day talent acquisition requirements. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the recruitment agency Understand client hiring needs and job specifications across departments Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for various roles Ensure the timely delivery of profiles and maintain SLA compliance Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards as required Provide regular updates to the internal recruitment team and the client HR Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an onsite or implant role Strong understanding of hiring processes and talent sourcing techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred Preferred Skills: Experience working in an RPO or staffing agency setup Hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring (if applicable) Strong stakeholder management skills Interested candidates, share your updated CV by email.
