Job Summary

  • Talent Sourcing:

    Source and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media platforms (like LinkedIn, GitHub), and internal databases, employing effective Boolean search techniques and keyword filtering.
  • Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

    Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess applicants' technical knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles (e.g., software developers, data analysts, cloud engineers).
  • Interview Coordination:

    Schedule and manage the logistics of interviews between candidates and technical panels, providing timely updates and feedback to all parties.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Stay current with IT industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Experience:

    Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years as an IT Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
