Job Title: IT Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire Specialist - Captive Product Development) Experience: 2 - 5 Years in IT Recruitment, with a minimum of 1 year in C2H Hiring for Captive/Product-based companies. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Recruiter with a strong background in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, specifically for captive product development environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet our evolving project and permanent hiring needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the nuances of the C2H model within a fast-paced product company setting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of overall IT Recruitment experience. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in C2H hiring for captive (product-based) companies. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of various IT technologies and roles common in product development environments (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Microservices, Data Engineering, AI/ML, QA Automation, Agile methodologies). C2H Process Knowledge: Proven ability to manage the end-to-end C2H recruitment lifecycle, including vendor coordination, contract management, and conversion protocols. Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong rapport-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors. Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing recruitment challenges and market dynamics. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing candidate data and recruitment processes. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving product development environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a specific ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever). Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting best practices. Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
