Job Description

Job Summary:

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end
Domestic IT recruitment
for mid to senior-level roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and culture fit
Coordinate interview schedules and collect feedback from interview panels
Ensure timely closure of open positions within set timelines
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards regularly
Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in
Domestic IT hiring
Experience in
South East Asia IT hiring
will be a strong advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient in using recruitment tools and job portals
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders

Eligibility:

Immediate joiners preferred
Only candidates with
Domestic IT recruitment experience
will be considered
Not suitable for US IT recruiters
