Job Description

Role Description: Sourcing from different job boards such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Analyzing client job descriptions, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting resumes based on the client's needs. Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates. Proactively recruiting and pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites. Utilizing innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent. Ensuring that all quality parameters are met before submitting resumes. Submitting an adequate number of qualified candidates for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Required Skills: Strong passive sourcing and technical knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with collaborative team spirit. Educational Background: Graduate in IT or a related field.
