Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring who can source, attract, and hire niche IT talent across India and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage high-quality IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct resume screening, technical evaluations, and structured interviews to ensure the right technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements, tech stacks, and project needs.
  • Manage and update ATS platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche technical roles.
  • Write clear, attractive job descriptions and manage postings across platforms.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate hiring activities across India and US shifts to meet global requirements.
  • Prepare hiring reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in technical recruitment.

Skill/Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience in an IT services or product-based company.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, SAP, Networking, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in Boolean search, advanced sourcing strategies, and ATS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to use keyboard shortcuts and automation for faster workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple technical requirements.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (India & US time zones).
