Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and prior experience managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT/software development projects end-to-end.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
• Coordinate between development, QA, and client teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Track project progress and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Technical background (development/testing experience preferred).
