As an IT Project Manager at EY GDS Assurance FAAS, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage IT tool implementation projects across multiple workstreams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing three concurrent IT tool implementation projects. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders. - Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and managing risks and dependencies. - Providing regular updates to leadership and ensuring alignment with business goals. - Facilitating meetings, workshops, and documentation in French. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/BTech/MBA (Finance) with a Commerce or Engineering background. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. - Proven experience in finance or insurance-related IT implementations. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills in French (mandatory). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. In terms of people management, you will be required to directly manage a team of 5-8 managers in one or more solution areas. You will also be responsible for developing people through coaching, motivation, and guided training, as well as having career conversations with seniors to keep them engaged. Moreover, you should have strong business development skills, solution conceptualization/ideation skills, solution/product build skills, and project management skills. Your human skills should include excellent written and oral communication, flexibility, ability to lead diverse teams over multiple geographies, collaboration skills, ability to comprehend complexity quickly and apply solutions, comfort in dealing with ambiguity, ownership of problem and solutions, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under stress and produce results, and willingness to travel for short or long durations at short notice.
