As an Agile Scrum Master at our company, you will be an expert in agile techniques and responsible for facilitating the implementation of Agile methodologies in new environments. Your role will involve providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to optimize Agile execution methodologies and drive continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** - Own, advocate, and coach Agile (scrum) processes, ensuring the team follows the framework and actively seeks opportunities for improvement. - Serve as Scrum Master for up to two Agile teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and focus on delivering value quickly. - Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and other Scrum-related meetings. - Take actions based on retrospectives and sprint team metrics to enhance team execution approaches and velocity. - Champion the Scrum way-of-life across development teams, encourage iterative and collaborative development, and coach teams on Scrum basics. - Escalate and resolve impediments to help the team ship code, and coach on Scrum or Kanban practices as needed. - Guide the Scrum Team on using Agile/Scrum practices to meet program objectives and address unique situations creatively. - Cultivate an environment of trust, team growth, and creativity, facilitate conflict resolution, and work with the Product Owner to maximize efficiency. - Ensure adherence to Agile SDLC processes and act as an advisor to those new to Agile methodology. **Qualifications:** - Total 8-14 years of experience with 3-5 years as a Scrum Master in large-scale enterprise change projects. - In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile Methodologies, and strong communication skills. - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, Confluence, Jira, and collaboration tools. - Familiarity with Kanban, Extreme programming, release planning, and Agile at scale practices. - Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint, and Release planning. - Experience running Agile at scale as a SAFe RTE or Scrum of Scrum manager. - Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
