IT Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As the IT Project Coordinator/Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and close projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. Your role will involve coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to ensure successful project delivery according to the set plan. Key Responsibilities: - Develop project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with project objectives. - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. - Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as necessary. - Efficiently allocate resources to achieve project goals. - Track and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management. - Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. - Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. - Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. - Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. - Provide timely and clear responses to client inquiries. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. - Ensure all project documentation is complete and archived appropriately. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management in the IT industry. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional but preferred). - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and software.,
