IT Project Coordinator

We're looking for an IT Project Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of our web and mobile projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, developers, and QA teams. You'll bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate web and mobile project timelines, tasks, and deliverables with clients and teams

- Work with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations

- Liaise with development and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Track project progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues

- Assist in creating project documentation and status reports

- Ensure website and mobile changes are tested and meet QA standards before launch

- Collaborate with QA team to identify and resolve defects

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or project management

- Familiarity with website and mobile development processes

- Strong communication and client coordination skills

- Experience working with QA teams and bug tracking tools

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Advantage:

- Knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies

- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS, etc.) and mobile app development

- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Agile methodologies knowledge a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
