Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely execution.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, designers, and clients) to align project goals.Monitor project progress, risks, and bottlenecks, providing regular updates to stakeholders.Maintain project documentation (timelines, reports, meeting notes, etc.).Handle resource allocation.Facilitate team communication via stand-ups, meetings, and reporting tools (JIRA, Azure, Asana, etc.).Ensure project deliverables comply with quality standards and client expectations.Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or project failures.
