Role Overview: You will be responsible for project planning, setting goals, project milestones, and completion plans. Your role will involve participating in all project reviews, managing manpower resources, arranging resources for task execution, and preparing time estimates. Monitoring the daily Jira schedule of team members to ensure timelines are met, identifying performance gaps, and measuring team productivity will be part of your duties. You will also be required to identify training needs, prepare training schedules and materials, and generate technical documentation for projects. Additionally, you will closely work with team members to understand their engagement levels, plan career paths, and retain team members in collaboration with the HR department. Conducting regular meetings with the HR department to discuss performance and progress, counseling non-performing team members, suggesting performance improvement plans, addressing team members' needs and grievances, and conducting resource-wise risk assessments for projects are crucial aspects of this role. The work location is in person at Kochi, Kerala. Reliability in commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required.)
