Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Appadvent Technologies in Noida, Sector 63, you will have the opportunity to grow in the IT sector by assisting in managing assigned IT projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in managing assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. - Helping in developing, maintaining, and revising project proposals including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Tracking project milestones; coordinating schedules and aligning expectations in case of delays. - Supporting in implementing project communication plans and providing regular updates to team members and stakeholders. - Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project-related information to prepare basic status reports. - Performing other related coordination duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and abilities: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT/software industry (freshers with internship/project exposure can also apply). - Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Basic analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of project management principles and IT processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and software (Jira experience will be an added advantage). - Ability to coordinate with teams and ensure timely task completion.
