IT Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end IT sourcing, vendor management, and contract lifecycle processes across India, US, and UK. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, risk management, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Source to Contract:

  Manage the Source to Contract lifecycle for all IT products, software, and services. Use CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Ariba, Coupa CLM) for contract management, ensuring the right suppliers are sourced via RFX processes, and negotiate the best terms for Aptia.

• Vendor Management:

  Manage relationships with key suppliers and act as SPOC for all vendor communications using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar tools.

• Contract Management:

  Ensure execution of contract terms, monitor performance against SLAs, and identify opportunities for efficiency.

• Budget & Cost Management:

  Develop and manage procurement budgets, optimize procurement processes, and continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities using Spend Analytics tools (e.g., Sievo, Zycus).

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Ensure IT procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Assess and mitigate risks, including product quality, supply chain disruptions, and security risks. Utilize TPRM tools (e.g., ProcessUnity, Archer, Coupa Risk Assess) for risk assessment.

• Market & Technology Analysis:

  Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and pricing. Work with IT teams to evaluate and recommend new technologies using sourcing tools like Ariba Sourcing, GEP SMART, D365.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with IT and other departments to understand technology needs and align procurement strategies with business objectives.

• Reporting & Project Management:

  Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings. Manage IT procurement projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.

• Ethical & Sustainable Sourcing:

  Promote ethical and environmentally sustainable procurement practices.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in Global IT Sourcing, especially IT software & services, in large-scale organizations.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CPM or CPSM are desirable.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven vendor management experience and ability to work with diverse geographies and cultures.
• Hands-on experience with CLM, TPRM, VMS, Spend Analytics, and sourcing tools.
