IT Procurement - Analyst

As a Procurement Specialist at ISG, you will be responsible for handling procurement activities for various clients as part of a center of excellence team. Your main tasks will include: - Supplier selection, contract authoring, negotiations, workflow management, RFX processes, and other miscellaneous procurement tasks - Analyzing technology agreements and client data to identify savings opportunities and making recommendations based on the analysis - Negotiating business terms for software, hardware, and service agreements on behalf of clients - Reviewing, negotiating, and initiating contracts directly with Service Providers - Managing required reporting to clients - Performing contract research and addressing client queries related to IT Agreements - Providing contract negotiation support through RFXs, supplier negotiation, contract research, review, and analysis - Assisting in the development of process improvement strategies for the contract lifecycle process Qualifications required for this role include: - 6 to 8 years of experience in IT procurement - Familiarity with industry procedures, costs, and terms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to compile and follow strict budgets - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills - Exposure to RFX processes - End-to-end procurement experience - Prior experience in contract negotiations At ISG, diversity is celebrated, supported, and thrived upon for the benefit of employees, clients, and communities.
