IT / OT Integration Specialist

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

• Experience – 3-5 Years
• Industry Preferred – Manufacturing (Semi-fab or OSAT facilities)
• Job Location – Dholera / Jagiroad / Bangalore

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Lead IT/OT integration efforts to enable seamless data exchange and support smart manufacturing initiatives in semiconductor environments
• Design and implement IT/OT integration architecture, enable real-time data flow from equipment to analytics platforms, ensure secure and scalable connectivity
• Integrate IT systems with OSAT shop floor, data pipelines from equipment to cloud, Omniverse or similar platforms
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams, maintain system interoperability and uptime, support digital twin and smart factory initiatives

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in IT/OT convergence, edge computing, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, Cybersecurity for industrial systems
• Knowledge of digital twin platforms, simulation platforms, IoT platforms, system integration, data analytics, data visualisation, and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT, or Equivalent
• Know-how of AI-based communication layers and integration preferred

Software Skills

• NVIDIA – Omniverse
• Edge computing, MES, SCADA, PLC integration, Cybersecurity for industrial systems
• OPC UA, MQTT, and/or equivalent communication protocols
• Python and related libraries, and/or other programming language
