Job Summary:

IT Delivery and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our global IT delivery teams across the US, Europe, Australia, Mexico and India, ensuring seamless operations and the highest level of service delivery.
  • Oversee the transition and onboarding process for all new customers worldwide. o Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the global Profit and Loss (P&L) of the company
  • Ensure proper governance and establish regular reporting for all teams within the company.
  • Support strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Americas, Europe, Middle East, Acia Pacific, Australia etc regions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team development and keeping abreast of the latest in IT innovations and best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Design and manage the implementation of technology projects, ensuring timeliness and within-budget.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for senior leadership.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL certified; relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, networking, Cloud computing or relevant areas; PMP or similar certifications will be an added plus.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry managing operations and service delivery, with at least 4 years in a managerial / leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and working with global IT clients.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure), virtualization, EUC, networking, and security frameworks.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exposure to working directly with global clients and project teams spread across geographies.
  • Hands-on technical experience in technology areas EUC (End Users Computing), platform support, ITSM tools and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across different cultures and time zones.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, work location Mysore,Karnataka.
  • May require occasional travel to customer sites / offices based on business needs.
