Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding efforts through social media, career events, and campaigns. Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity hiring goals). Stay current on talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices. Participate in or lead projects related to DE&I, university recruiting, or process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR function. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience hiring for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
