Job Description

Role: Director / Associate Director Corporate IT

Location: Gurugram- Sector 62

Work Hours- US working hours

Experience: 12+ Years

Director/Associate Director – Corporate IT

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user computing
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs
Ensure security compliance, audits, vulnerability management, and support InfoSec initiatives
Oversee Helpdesk operations, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), SLAs, and user experience
Manage and mentor IT teams across infra, support, and security
Own Corporate IT budget, vendor relationships, and cost optimization
Drive automation, digital transformation, and IT strategy alignment

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Networking (Cisco/Fortinet/Meraki), SCCM/Intune/JAMF, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/AWS
Certifications preferred: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft, Cisco
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
