Job Summary:

Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
Cisco / Fortinet routers, switches, wireless products, firewalls, and load balancers (F5)
.
Design and optimize
LAN/WAN, Wireless, and Network Security
systems.
Administer and support
Bind DNS/DHCP
, VPN (DMVPN, IPsec, SSL),
QoS
,
VoIP (Cisco/Avaya)
, and Data Center technologies (VSS, HSRP).
Utilize
SNMP
,
NetFlow
, and network monitoring tools (
PRTG, Zabbix
) for performance management.
Perform packet analysis, capacity planning, and system improvements.
Maintain and document
Disaster Recovery
and support after-hours maintenance/service issues.
Manage installation and support of
IP-based CCTV systems
.
Mentor Level II/III engineers and ensure adherence to network best practices.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of
IPv4/IPv6 routing (IGP/EGP)
.
Experience in
VPN, NAT, QoS, URL Filtering, Data Protection
.
Knowledge of
automated network monitoring and reporting
.
Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support environment.
