Job Summary:

Windows/Wintel & Cloud Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
advanced L2/L3 support
for Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
Manage
VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
.
Support and integrate
Microsoft Azure
and other cloud infrastructure services.
Configure and troubleshoot
Windows Clustering, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
.
Perform
performance tuning
,
capacity planning
, and
root cause analysis
.
Handle
server builds, patch management, and automation (PowerShell/Scripting)
.
Work on
backup, recovery, and storage management
solutions.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure SLA compliance and service continuity.
Provide
technical mentorship
and support escalation handling for L2/L3 incidents.
Maintain
documentation and standard operating procedures
.
Participate in
24x7 support rotation
and after-hours maintenance as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Windows Server Administration
and
Cloud (Azure/AWS)
.
Working knowledge of
Networking, Firewalls, and Backup Technologies
.
Expertise in
VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter
, and
Azure Administration
.
Solid understanding of
storage and virtualization architecture
.
Experience with
automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
ITIL process knowledge preferred.
