Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, networks, and security systems
Handle AD, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and system monitoring
Supports, understands and has hands-on AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM, S3) and DevOps
Ensure high availability, incident response, and quick problem resolution
Implement security policies, patches, and best practices
Provide technical consulting to clients and guide internal teams
Document procedures and maintain infrastructure standards

Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of hands-on experience in system, network, and security administration
A
superb troubleshooter
who can quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues
Strong experience with Windows/Linux, AD, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud (AWS preferred)
Exposure to AWS DevOps practices and automation tools
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
High availability mindset with strong ownership and reliability
Someone who values meaningful work and impact over big-brand names
Comfortable working in a fast-growing company with evolving responsibilities
Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates strongly preferred
