Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user systems (laptops/desktops).
Provide technical support for Windows 10 & Windows 11 environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services.
Handle issues related to Windows Active Directory, Azure, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools.
Support cloud and server environments with a good understanding of cloud technologies.
Ensure smooth IT operations and provide quick resolution of user issues.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Required Skills

24 years of experience in IT support / IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD, Azure, VPN, and remote troubleshooting.
Good understanding of cloud and server technologies.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
