Job Description

Manage and oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, helpdesk support, and infrastructure management.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Lead and mentor the IT operations team, ensuring continuous skills development and effective resource management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business goals and objectives.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Manage IT service delivery, including incident management, problem management, change management, and asset management.
Oversee IT security protocols and disaster recovery plans to protect company data and maintain business continuity.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Prepare and manage IT operations budgets, including cost optimization and procurement.
Generate reports and dashboards on IT operations performance for senior management.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT operations, IT service management, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and disaster recovery planning.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

ITIL Foundation or higher
PMP or other project management certification
CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or equivalent cloud certifications
